For me the Hakuhodo brushes hit the perfect sweet spot between price and quality, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an upgrade from their drugstore brushes. If I had to nitpick about one thing, it would be that they’re also the most basic looking brushes I’ve seen.

I absolutely love the Surratt brush line! The Face Brush is amazing and worth every penny. Not only is it as soft as angel wings it’s also quite dense. Although it’s made of squirrel hair there is quite a bit of spring to it and it picks up products well without adding to much.
