Lower all the windows. Remove the rubber inserts from the base of the door. – clockwise to lower, anticlockwise to raise the window. I did half a turn on each – then left it until it rained, then repeated the process until I had no drips. Please note that these are not my pictures.. I found them on a French Megane CC forum.. With the ignition off, disconnect the 20 pin connector from the ECU and check between each contact on the connector and ground (car chassis) to confirm the correct microswitch operation. See attached files for details. The fault was traced to the Roof arch ram switch (lowered)on pin 19.
