Does Flexmls have an app?
The Flexmls app is available for both Android and iOS devices. Clients log in to the app using the same username (their email address) and password that they use to log in to the Flexmls Portal.

What happens if I don’t pay my MLS fee?
After 45 days, a single late subscriber payment can result in MLS suspension. To avoid losing MLS access, brokers can keep track of agent payments and, when online records are available, confirm them on their MLS member website when yearly dues come around.
Why is a house temporarily off the market?
Why would a house be temporarily off the market? Sellers may take the house off the market temporarily because active MLS listings must be available for showings. When a home isn’t available for showings, the listing agent will change its status in their local MLS to “Temporarily Off Market.”

Cloud CMA can be accessed either through the button on the Single Sign On portal (stellarmls.com), or through search results in Matrix. The first time you access Cloud CMA, you will be prompted to create your free account.
