What happens if you say yes to Peatrice?
If Link visits her during the day, Peatrice asks him to see her at her house at night. If Link chose “yes”, Peatrice is relieved that he shares mutual feelings with her, and he will receive the 5 Gratitude Crystals from her instead of her father.

Link can choose to tell Peatrice that he likes her, or he can reject her. If he tells her that he likes her, she will reward him with five Gratitude Crystals and Fi’s comment will change to confirm that Link is interested in Peatrice, and advises him not to mention her around Zelda.

To start this quest, you will have to keep talking to Peatrice, sleep, then talk to her again a couple of times until she calls you darling. After that sleep on the bed until night and talk to Peater and he will ask you to check who is hitting on her. After that sleep until morning and talk to her again.

Travel to the Bazaar and speak with Peatrice one more time. She will invite you to her house that night. Head to her house and sleep until night. Talk to her at night once again and she will question you about whether you feel the same way.

Batreaux is a demon who lives beneath Skyloft in a shack. You can meet him for the first time during the Lost Child Side Quest. He is a kind demon who has befriended Kukiel. After giving him all 80 Crystals, he becomes human and can be found in the Bazaar during the day, and on the bridge at night.
Does Link Get with Ilia?
Ilia was locked in her room at the beginning of the game making the item for Link but never got the chance to give it to him. Renado looks after her in Kakariko Village, before Link restores her memory, and she stays there afterwards.
