At one million miles, you’ll earn AAdvantage Gold status for the life of the program and a 35,000 AAdvantage miles bonus. At two million miles, you’ll earn AAdvantage Platinum status for the life of the program and four one-way systemwide upgrades.

- Economy Plus seats or subscriptions.
- Preferred seat purchases.

- Star Alliance partner flights based on a specific earn rate.
What is Pqf and PQP United?

What is PQP and Pqf?
We are reducing the amount of Premier qualifying points (PQP) and Premier qualifying flights (PQF) you need to earn status for the 2021 program. year by 50%. Premier status in 2021 is based on your activity in the 2020 calendar year. This includes Silver, Gold, Platinum and 1K levels.
Can you purchase premier status on United?
Premier Accelerator is available only on tickets issued by United (including award tickets), although travel can be operated by another airline. Certain types of tickets may be excluded. Customers who are traveling on a Basic Economy ticket cannot purchase Premier Accelerator.
Does PQP expire?
We’ll automatically add PQP to your MileagePlus account based on the 2021 Premier status you hold at the end of 2020. We extended PlusPoints expiring on or after January 1, 2021, by an additional six months and made it even easier to earn extra PlusPoints after reaching Premier 1K status in 2021.
Does Premier Gold get you into United club?
Elite status Select Premier members can use the United Club at any time during their travel journey. Star Alliance Gold members who hold status with another partner airline can use the United Club with any same-day Star Alliance boarding pass, including during domestic United travel.
