Is Recteq any good?
5.0 out of 5 stars Best grill in it’s price range. I had a price point in mind and did months of research. The RT 700 really is the highest quality grill in its range, and it’s not even close. The unit looks and feels as solid as it should, and with all stainless steel components and body, I know it will last.
Does RT b380 have WiFi?
All of the REC TEC pellet grills (except the Bullseye) also come with WiFi integration.
Is the REC TEC bullseye discontinued?
When the first iteration of the recteq Bullseye (the company was called REC TEC then) rolled out in 2018, we were among the many who were disappointed. It was discontinued.
Can you smoke on a REC TEC bullseye?
It is meant to smoke and grill for “the best of both worlds.” As a pellet smoker, it provides good results; however, Bullseye has an antiquated controller with no thermostat, so good results take more effort than they should.

Can REC TEC get wet?
Absolutely no. The rec dec 8s not designed to get wet. Take it from someone running the rt680 for 6 years. Water will get into the auger chamber because it is not sealed between the hopper and main body.
Are Rec Tec Grills smokers?
Keep in mind that although we’re looking to help you pick a winner, both Rec Tec and Traeger are great choices. They’re high-quality pellet smokers with good reputations that, at the end of the day, will produce awesome food. You really can’t go wrong with either.
