What is the difference between DuoDERM and Tegaderm?

Do you moisten Prisma?
If the wound is dry, apply Prisma on the wound and then moisten it lightly with normal saline. When Prisma absorbs exudate or is moistened, it forms a gel. Prisma needs moisture to be effective. Apply appropriate cover dressing to maintain a moisture- balanced wound environment.
Can you cut Promogran Prisma?
