The beach at Leysdown is a long stretch of coarse sand backed by a wide promenade and sea defences. Access is via steps and ramps which are suitable for less able visitors. As a winner of the Blue Flag award you can be sure of clean safe bathing, but this also means there is a dog ban in force.
