Can you get shiny groudon in Oras?
Yes, the legendaries Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza and Deoxys are sadly shiny-locked, as they are in the main story, no reason as to why they locked them, but they did the same with the XnY legendaries / B2W2 legendaries (except Kyurem).
How do you get QR codes in Pokemon Oras?
Press the HOME button to return to the main menu, then press L+R to open up the camera app. Once the camera is available, press the QR Code reader button near the bottom-left side of the screen. It looks like a square box. Use this to scan one of many QR Codes available online to instantly get a rare Pokemon.
Do QR codes still work Pokemon?
A QR code exists for all of the Pokemon in the Alolan Pokedex, save for legendaries and a few others. All of these codes also work for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, but we have yet to acquire QR codes for the new Pokemon in Pokemon Ultra’s Regional Pokedex.

Individual forms, different genders, and even Shiny Pokémon have separate QR codes. Each regular QR Scan is worth 10 points. By pressing the R button, you can scan the Alola island you are currently on for a wild Pokémon.

Groudon has appeared in mythology as the creator of the land. It sleeps in magma underground and is said to make volcanoes erupt on awakening. This legendary Pokémon is said to represent the land.
Is groudon stronger than Kyogre?
Groudon is superior to other ground types because of Mud Shot, but has lower damage output than Kyogre in comparable single SE matchups. Overall, Kyogre seems to be the stronger pokémon, but it does not beat other water types like Groudon beats other ground types.
