Can sculpting steel copy a legendary?
Your Sculpting Steel is not considered to be a token. You can choose not to copy anything. In that case, Sculpting Steel stays on the battlefield as an artifact that doesn’t do much of anything.
Does sculpting steel have summoning sickness?
All permanents on the battlefield, none of which are summoning sick. Sculpting Steel is a copy of Myr Galvanizer.
Can you use artifacts right away?
Yes, as long as it’s not a creature. Only creatures are affected by summoning sickness. If March of the Machines was in play or Ratchet Bomb became a creature by other means, you wouldn’t be able to tap it if it came under your control that turn. Otherwise, it can tap immediately.
Can you tap Sol Ring turn one?
You cast sol ring, you can tap it to produce mana. However, let’s say instead you cast ensoul artifact on the untapped sol ring you just played this turn. Now you cannot tap the sol ring for mana or to attack since it is now a creature that came into play that same turn.
Can you put multiple equipment on a creature?
An Equipment can’t equip more than one creature. If a spell or ability would cause an Equipment to equip more than one creature, the Equipment’s controller chooses which creature it equips.
When can artifact abilities be activated?
Activated abilities of permanents can be activated at any time you could play an instant, unless something says otherwise. Abilities of noncreature permanents (including noncreature artifacts) can be activated the turn they enter the battlefield. Only creatures are subject to “summoning sickness.”

Why is Sol Ring not banned?
Why isn’t Sol Ring Currently Banned? The short answer is that while Sol Ring is a very powerful mana rock during the early turns of the game, it is still only one card out of 99, and doesn’t break the kinds of decks the RC encourages through their philosophy for the format.
Is equip instant speed?
The Equip ability is done at sorcery speed. If an equipment has anither ability that lets it be attached at instant speed then yes. Equip [cost] ([Cost]: Attach this permanent to target creature you control. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.)
Is ninjutsu an activated ability?
702.49a Ninjutsu is an activated ability that functions only while the card with ninjutsu is in a player’s hand. The creature with ninjutsu is put onto the battlefield unblocked. It will be attacking the same player or planeswalker as the creature that was returned to its owner’s hand.
When can artifacts be played?
A player who has priority may cast an artifact card from their hand during a main phase of their turn when the stack is empty. Casting an artifact as a spell uses the stack.
