Can I book Eurotunnel for someone else?
Yes, the passenger details for each person travelling on every booking must be supplied. My Eurotunnel account holders will be able to store and automatically add API for future bookings.
Do you pay per car or per person on the Eurotunnel?
Our tickets are purchased per vehicle, irrespective of the number of passengers travelling in your vehicle. The details of those passengers travelling in your vehicle are only required if you have purchased personal travel insurance.
Can you be a foot passenger on the Eurotunnel?
Can you be a foot passenger on Eurotunnel? At Eurotunnel we can only allow you to travel in a vehicle – be that your own or as part of a coach trip. You cannot travel as a foot passenger, but you are able to take a bicycle.
Can I change my Eurotunnel booking more than once?
You can amend multiple times without amendment fees. If you are unable to amend your ticket online, please don’t worry if you can’t get through to us on the phone.
Will Eurotunnel extend frequent Traveller?
If you have a Frequent Traveller Wallet which is due to expire, we can confirm they will be automatically extended to 30th June 2022 (when all travel must be completed).
Can you walk the Channel Tunnel?
At night, parts of the tunnel are closed for maintenance and many of the trains carry freight and run slow more slowly. Only one other person was known to have walked the length of the tunnel – a Russian who wanted to join the French Foreign Legion in 1998.
How many times can you change a Eurotunnel booking?
You can amend your booking on-line any time before the reserved travel date subject to availability to an alternative date/time within the 12 month validity or by calling our Contact Centre . On-line amendments will require you to enter the individual password confirmed on your email confirmation.
Can I change my Eurotunnel booking for free?
If the vehicle you are travelling with has changed since you booked it’s important that you update your booking either by amending online via My Eurotunnel, or by calling our Contact Centre. You can add or change a vehicle registration number at any time before travel, without penalty.
